"Beipiaosaurus is a small, semi-aquatic omnivore that performs best in and around waterways; it is notably buoyant and agile in the water but comparatively fragile on land. Its niche is built around aquatic mobility and opportunistic feeding, using aquatic environments to avoid larger terrestrial predators and to exploit food sources unavailable to primarily landbound species."

Food & Water Consumption:
Stomach drops from 100% to 0%: 30m
Water drops from 100% to 0%: 20m (on land)
Quick tip: Multiply remaining percentage by 20 to estimate minutes left for AFK time. Subtract a few minutes for safety.

Movement and Abilities:
Movement and Abilities:
Very buoyant and will naturally float to the surface keep swimming to stay below the surface.
Semi Aquatic Dinosaur, very agile on water, and can not graze
Beipi has many sounds for both above and below the water.
Oxygen will run out underwater after 1:45m
Swim distance above water 750m | underwater 600m
Swim through schooling fish and attack to grab a small snack
Press Crouch (Ctrl) to latch on to riverbed must swim to bottom first
38%+ to be able to pick up and eat a bullfrog
Beipi can attack while jumping out of the water and in the air.
Combat Abilities:
Combat Abilities:
RIGHT CLICK (Land) | Beak Attack
RIGHT CLICK (Water) | Claw Attack - Adds bleed and large damage
ALT + LEFT CLICK | Directional 360 Two Claw attack + Beak Attack
LEFT CLICK (Land) | Claw Attack - Adds bleed and large damage
LEFT CLICK (Water) | Beak Attack
All attacks work while jumping out of the water. Good for attacking Pteras who are flying close to the water. Be sure to get speed by holding shift & spacebar to jump high in the sky.
Crouch (CTRL) | On the bottom of the river crouch and hold on. If you sprint forward you will swim along the riverbed not detaching. If you hit space you will float to the top.
Hold Spacebar | Leaping in water (continuous until you let go of spacebar) will do short leaps angle camera to do higher leaps. You can hold SHIFT to go faster. Seems to build up speed the longer you hold the spacebar?
Leaping & Foraging:
Leaping & Foraging:
Swim through schooling fish and attack to grab a small snack
Press Crouch to latch on to riverbed (RIGHT CLICK may work aswell)
Sniff for crabs underwater (foraging) but has bad Nightvision underwater
Deeper you dive the higher you can leap out of the water
Diving/leaping near the surface of the water appears to be faster
